United States onlyQualifications: - 2 or more years of customer service experience required - Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask in a face paced environment required - Basic mechanical knowledge preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required - Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required - Ability and willingness to obtain ASE C1 certification within 2 years of employment required. (Penske will assist in training, work study time, and cost to obtain certification) - Willingness or previous work experience in a call center environment required - Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job - Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
