- Maintains holistic technical quality of the ERP solution. Acts as key technical interface on solution with functional teams and client IT teams
- Responsible for technical design & prototyping of Integrations, Reports, Conversions and Extensions
- Responsible for task delegation to COE Management. Provides technical guidance for development activities.
- Responsible for driving project issues to resolution, as well as enforcing scope.
- Oversee the development testing and deployment of solutions which are developed by Peloton’s offshore and nearshore delivery centers

- Analyze technical solution options and communicate to executive stakeholders from the lens of overall project impact
- Analyze technical issues and communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Authors and maintains all technical approach documents (Instance, Integration, Conversion & Extension Approaches)
- Train and mentor other Peloton resources, guiding them based on the project requirements and best practices
- List of required experience for the role including all skills (tech, business, consulting, communication, etc.)
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale multi-pillar implementations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Deep expertise in integration technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Orace Database.
- Vast experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL Development
- Must have worked on 4+ Oracle Cloud Multi-Pillar projects
- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and supporting applications across multiple cloud platforms
- Good domain background in ERP and SCM functional areas
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members.
