Requirements
- Support in the training, mentoring and upskilling of the wider team for their specialist area
- Think customers first to ensure a great customer experience
- Analyse assessment performance data with a view to making improvements and defending sampling decisions
- Responsible for accurate Assessment management for their allocated sectors
- Responding to key external or internal requirements
- Maintaining relevant documentation relating to this
- Manage performance of contractors
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate content production
