We're looking for an Associate, HR Operations to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving employment onboarding completion, communicating assignment changes, and providing excellent customer service. You will work within multiple systems simultaneously to respond to callers, achieve a basic understanding of company policies, and demonstrate strong technical skills and/or experience with HRIS systems.
Requirements
- Minimum college or technical training
- Strong customer service skills and call center experience
- Strong technical skills and/or experience with HRIS systems
- Strong computer skills including data entry, email, spreadsheets, and databases; 50+ wpm, strong Excel skills required
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time-management in a fast paced environment
