Title: Advanced Associate, Inside Sales

Description: In this role, you’ll support the growth of Pearson’s vocational qualifications across the region by partnering closely with sales colleagues and customers. You’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless experience for institutions using Pearson products. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer engagement, data-driven sales support, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

As an Advanced Associate, Inside Sales, you’ll work at the center of our regional sales operations—supporting account activity, enabling sales teams, and ensuring customers receive timely, high‑quality service. You’ll make an immediate impact by helping optimize customer experiences, supporting pipeline visibility, and contributing to sales performance across designated accounts. What sets this role apart is the exposure you’ll gain across markets, products, and stakeholders, giving you a strong foundation for growth within Pearson.


What You’ll Own

  • Supporting the promotion and sale of Pearson vocational qualifications and digital resources across the region, contributing directly to revenue targets
  • Managing day‑to‑day customer interactions, resolving queries proactively, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience
  • Enabling sales and marketing activities by supporting reporting, purchasing, vendor coordination, and event execution (e.g., conferences and exhibitions)
  • Partnering with sales colleagues on key account planning and high‑value prospect support to drive growth
  • Building and maintaining accurate sales pipeline reporting using Pearson systems and CRM tools
  • Continuously strengthening your product and market knowledge to present compelling solutions to customers

About You

You bring experience in a sales‑support or target‑driven environment, along with strong analytical and organizational skills. You’re someone who thrives on delivering great service, juggling multiple priorities, and collaborating across teams. Whether you’re analysing sales data, supporting account plans, or stepping in to support colleagues, you’re proactive, customer‑focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

You’ll likely have:

  • Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English
  • Confidence working with data, reports, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • A collaborative mindset, paired with the ability to work independently when needed
  • A detail‑oriented, problem‑solving approach and the ability to perform under pressure
