As an Advanced Associate, Inside Sales, you’ll work at the center of our regional sales operations—supporting account activity, enabling sales teams, and ensuring customers receive timely, high‑quality service. You’ll make an immediate impact by helping optimize customer experiences, supporting pipeline visibility, and contributing to sales performance across designated accounts. What You’ll Own
- Supporting the promotion and sale of Pearson vocational qualifications and digital resources across the region, contributing directly to revenue targets
- Managing day‑to‑day customer interactions, resolving queries proactively, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience
- Enabling sales and marketing activities by supporting reporting, purchasing, vendor coordination, and event execution (e.g., conferences and exhibitions)
- Partnering with sales colleagues on key account planning and high‑value prospect support to drive growth
- Building and maintaining accurate sales pipeline reporting using Pearson systems and CRM tools
- Continuously strengthening your product and market knowledge to present compelling solutions to customers
