About the job:
Role: Executive Assistant & Marketing Associate
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Eastern Time
Salary Range: US $1,500.00 per month (Dependent on your skills and experience)

About the Role:

In this unique combination role, you'll provide exceptional support to our executive team while also contributing to our marketing efforts. You'll manage the executive calendar, ensure smooth daily operations, and assist with various marketing tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
    • Manage the executive calendar, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
    • Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address them.
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Manage email and phone inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
    • Coordinate office logistics and maintain an organized work environment.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
    • Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing).
    • Create engaging content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles) to support marketing initiatives.
    • Manage and update social media platforms, curate content, and engage with followers.
    • Assist with content creation for marketing materials (e.g., brochures, website copy).
    • Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide data analysis (as applicable).
    • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., administrative support, marketing).
  • Proficient different tools such as Google Workspace, Office 365, project management tool, Google Analytics, SEO software
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Well versed with social media platforms and marketing concepts
  • Ability to learn new software programs and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Discretion, tact, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for supporting a dynamic team.
