Requirements
- Sales and new customer acquisition
- Identification of potential customers and market opportunities in the SAP area
- Support in conducting market and competitive analyses
- Initial contact (cold calling) and qualification of leads
- Appointment arrangement for Senior Sales Manager
- Preparation of sales presentations and offer documents
- Customer care and development
- Maintenance of customer relationships at the junior level
- Recording of customer needs and forwarding to the consulting team
- Participation in the creation of offers
- Documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system (Hubspot)
- Internal coordination
- Interface between sales, marketing, and consulting
- Capacity and resource coordination for projects or proofs-of-concept
- Participation in internal sales meetings and product briefings
- Reporting on the status of the sales pipeline to management
- Product knowledge and further education
- Active acquisition of product and solution knowledge (focus: SAP Cloud ERP, BTP, BDC, etc.)
- Understanding of common SAP solutions and their added value for the customer
