This job demonstrates proficiency in reviewing customer accounts related to one or multiple designated areas such as: identity verification, sanctions, disputes, chargebacks, abuse and fraud. You will be required to make independent and informed recommendations for resolving consumer and or merchant issues while maintaining efficiency.

Requirements

  • Assist customers and help them with their queries regarding accounts
  • Document findings in the manual and automated process case management system
  • Skilled and fluid switching in multiple workflows, queues and programs
  • Meet/Exceed performance expectations
  • Ability to make independent and proficient decisions
  • Strong understanding of risk operations policies and procedures
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
