About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Mobile Engineer (React Native) to own the development of our cross-platform banking application end-to-end. You will have the autonomy to make key technical decisions, define best practices, and set the standard for frontend development, testing, and deployment.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build a mobile banking application using React Native with TypeScript

• Deliver high‑quality, responsive, and performant UI/UX in collaboration with designers and product owners

• Integrate with backend services and third‑party APIs securely and reliably

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments

• Set standards for code quality, performance, security, and maintainability

• Define and execute a strong mobile testing strategy (unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests)

• Champion code quality through clean code, reviews, documentation, and best practices

• Monitor, measure, and improve app performance, stability, and scalability

• Partner with cross‑functional teams (design, backend, QA, product) to ship features end‑to‑end

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve development processes and tools

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience building production-grade mobile applications from scratch

• Expert in React Native + TypeScript, with deep frontend knowledge

• Strong understanding of mobile performance, security, and UX best practices

• Comfortable making technical decisions and driving standards

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows

• Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a startup environment

• Passionate about fintech, security, and building scalable products

• Minimum 5 years of mobile development experience, ideally with full lifecycle experience from scratch to production

• Experience as a founding or early mobile engineer at a fintech or high-growth startup is a strong plus

• Familiarity with cross-platform challenges and optimizing for both iOS and Android
