AI Platform Implementation Consultant / BI Engineer

• Build strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, understand challenges, and collaborate to define and implement solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes and align with organisational goals.
  
• Analyse how the technology integrates into the customer's business processes and technical infrastructure, define the impact on the operating model and users, understand data acquisition/pre-processing needs, and work with technical teams to deliver these requirements.
  
• Assist and guide the customer on the technical implementation and configuration of client-side components. Take ownership of or contribute to project management, ensuring multiple implementation work-streams are delivered on time and within budget.
  
• Support organizational change management efforts by guiding stakeholders through technology adoption, facilitating understanding of the platform's value, and ensuring smooth integration. Lead internal teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with the software development team by providing insights on customer feature requirements.
  
• Assist the sales team during selected pre-sales activities with customer demonstrations and contribute to or lead proof-of-concept initiatives. Facilitate high-level technical landscape and architecture discussions.
  

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Engineering, Business Administration, Management, etc.).
  
• Minimum 4 years of relevant consulting experience is essential.
  
• Proven track record in delivering high-impact consulting projects across diverse industries is essential.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  
• Technically savvy, with familiarity in Cloud technologies, containerization, and infrastructure setup.
