Your job is to design high-fidelity soundscapes and immersive SFX that make our digital products feel alive, responsive, and high-stakes. This is a remote, high-availability role for a creator who understands the intersection of user psychology, interaction feedback loops, and Web3 aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Sonic UI Design: Design and ship unique sound effects (SFX) for UI interactions—button clicks, navigation sweeps, and menu transitions—that reinforce the Partyhat identity.

• Reward Engineering: Create signature audio for major milestones and successful transactions that trigger positive user reinforcement and satisfaction.

• Atmospheric Audio: Develop ambient background loops and "hype" tracks for major events, live launches, and viral social media content.

• Asset Optimization: Ensure all audio files are lightweight, high-performance, and perfectly mastered for seamless integration across our digital platforms.

• Rapid Iteration: Work daily with our Product and Design teams to audit the "audio feel" of the platform, making real-time tweaks to ensure sounds never feel repetitive or intrusive.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain a centralized library of all sonic assets, ensuring every sound across our global ecosystem feels like it belongs to the same universe.

The Requirements

• The "Ear": You have an innate ability to translate visual movement into sound. You understand the psychology of audio and how it influences behavior in high-stakes digital environments.

• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard Digital Audio Workstations (Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, or Pro Tools) and sound synthesis.

• Foley & Synthesis: You don't just use sample packs; you know how to record, manipulate, and synthesize original sounds that are unique to our brand.

• Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. You must be available to ship specific assets and make real-time audio tweaks during major launches and 24/7 market surges.

• Web3/Internet Culture Intuition: You understand the "Degen" aesthetic. You know how to design audio for fast-paced, digital-native environments where every interaction counts.

• Operational Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can manage a massive library of audio assets without losing track of a single file version.
