Key Responsibilities
Culture Architecture: Mainframe and cultivate the daily energy, tone, and engagement across all core community spaces (Discord, Telegram, and emerging digital channels).
Ambassador Engineering: Recruit, train, and manage an elite global team of moderators and community champions, establishing clear 24/7 coverage protocols.
Event Orchestration: Conceptualize, launch, and host high-velocity community initiatives—from live audio spaces and digital tournaments to viral interactive campaigns.
Feedback Synthesis: Act as the critical human bridge between our users and the product team, transforming unstructured chat feedback into clear, actionable development data.
