What You'll Do
- Lead and resolve complex project control challenges with your expertise.
- Analyze and forecast project status, ensuring alignment with established schedules.
- Assess and manage the impact of design changes and schedule adjustments
- .Communicate schedule status to project teams and clients, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
- Customize project control systems to meet unique project needs.
- Gather and utilize historical data for future planning and forecasting.
- Mentor and supervise junior Project Control Specialists, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with senior staff on staffing and project requirements.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite.
