As an Data Analyst, you will be part of a centralised data products team and will be responsible for ensuring the tracking and capturing of the right data to fuel digital products and their optimizations.
The impact you'll make:
- Digital analytics implementation - The day-to-day maintenance and improvement of the digital analytics implementation, owning the collection of compliant, accurate, well-structured data into digital analytics platforms, and ensuring the tag manager implementation is continuously improved to support current and future data needs.
- Experimentation - As digital data landscape matures, product analytics will play a critical part in the roadmaps to digital experimentation. Ensure the right tracking is in place to enable effective measure and reports on these experiments.
- Tech platform support - Provide domain knowledge and subject matter expertise across digital tooling suite to advise on tagging requirements, pixel implementation, and attribution.
Technology Stack:
Must to have
- Google Analytics & Tag Management Systems: Expertise in Google Analytics & Tag Manager (GTM), Adobe Launch, or other tag management systems.
- Web Analytics Tools: Experience with other web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or Matomo.
- Data Layer Implementation: Knowledge of data layer implementation and management, ensuring the right data is captured for analytics and reporting.
- ETL/ELT Tools & process experience
Nice to have
- JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript for custom tag and pixel implementations.
- A/B Testing and Personalization Platforms: Experience with A/B testing and personalization platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
- Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Privacy and Compliance: Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ensuring analytics implementations comply with these standards.
- SQL: Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data stored in databases.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS for data storage and analysis.
What you'll bring to us:
- Experienced implementation specialist with the ability to define strategy, plan, build, quality test, deploy, and audit digital analytics implementations.
- Preferably experienced in fully managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations.
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics, including its configuration and reporting capabilities.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities and threats using data, using this approach to advise stakeholders and lead the development of solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work and effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams with varying degrees of data literacy and needs.
- Passionate about challenging the status quo by learning new technologies, testing new methods, and questioning stakeholders and colleagues.
- Advanced verbal and written skills in English, as well as a high level of confidence interacting with business stakeholders of all levels
