Location:
- Analyze, validate, and assess data using tools such as Excel, SQL Server, and related technologies to ensure business and client requirements are met
- Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and validations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of deliverables before release
- Support ongoing production processes by monitoring data workflows, identifying anomalies, and coordinating resolution of issues
- Follow established software development standards, processes, methodologies, and departmental policies when performing all work
- Accurately track, log, and report time, progress (% complete), and service request (SR) comments in accordance with Data Services policies
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, leadership, Project Managers, and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve data processes, documentation, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Professional judgment, discretion, and commitment to following established processes and standards
- Experience supporting data driven production environments
- Familiarity with data quality, audit ability, and governance concepts
- Experience working in a cross functional or client-facing role
