Position Description:

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager at PAR, you make it possible for PAR to provide world-class products and services. You will work in a fast-paced environment to bring programs to life, driving execution excellence across cross-functional teams. Your ability to think strategically while managing the tactical execution of large programs—spanning internal development initiatives, SaaS platform enhancements, and operational efficiency improvements—will be critical.

The successful candidate is a results-oriented self-starter with established expertise in technical program management, SaaS platform oversight, and internal development frameworks. You will tenaciously identify and eliminate potential blockers, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, operations, and business teams. As the schedule taskmaster, you will align initiatives with key business objectives while maintaining a high level of urgency and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

•7+ years of technical program/project management experience in a SaaS environment

•Proven ownership of cross-functional programs involving engineering, operations, and business stakeholders

•Entrepreneurial mindset with an “ownership” mentality

•Strong leadership skills to influence and motivate engineering teams without direct authority

•Skilled in Agile facilitation and development process optimization

•Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences

•Track record of identifying risks, improving workflows, and resolving development blockers

Additional skills:

•Experience managing internal tooling and automation projects

•Strong documentation, dashboard, and reporting capabilities

•Ability to track performance metrics and operational KPIs

•Passion for driving SaaS excellence and internal development improvements

•High degree of autonomy and execution in technical environments

•Drive SaaS platform enhancements and align internal development initiatives with broader business goals

•Own execution framework and scheduling for technical programs

•Oversee tooling improvements, automation workflows, and platform reliability

•Eliminate blockers and support Agile cycles with structured planning

•Translate business needs into scalable development plans

•Track SaaS performance metrics, KPIs, and development velocity

•Manage internal development roadmaps and platform upgrades

•Facilitate cross-functional and executive-level planning discussions

•Provide timely and actionable technical insights

•Build trusted partnerships across development, operations, and business teams
