Position Title: Software Engineer II – Golang
🔹 Position Location: Jaipur / Gurugram (Not a remote position)
🔹 Reports To: Engineering Manager

🧩 About the Role:

We are looking for a Software Engineer II – Golang who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining components of our enterprise-grade systems. You should be passionate about clean code, scalable solutions, and fostering a collaborative team culture. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully while growing into a senior-level position.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Entrees (Requirements):

• 3–5 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Golang

• Good understanding of REST APIs and service-oriented architectures

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

• Familiarity with microservice architecture, including:

  • Service discovery

  • API versioning

  • Logging/metrics (observability)

  • Fault tolerance

• Hands-on experience with Docker; basic knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines

• Proficient with Git and Agile development methodologies

• Comfortable working in distributed teams across time zones

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in an international environment

🍽 With a Side of (Additional Skills):

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar API testing/documentation tools

• Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth or JWT

• Develop and maintain backend components and microservices using Golang

• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code

• Build and document REST APIs and integrate with third-party services

• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for seamless delivery

• Debug and optimize code for performance and scalability

• Participate in code reviews and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
