Position Description:
PAR Technology has an exciting opportunity! The Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A plays a crucial role in supporting intelligent, financially sound decision making. The right person for this role is a systems thinker with a passion for developing and maintaining simple and sustainable business processes and enjoys translating data into insights efficiently and effectively. This highly visible role offers career opportunities and progression in a high-growth environment, as well as exposure to key leaders in the organization. This position will work closely with the senior management team of Corporate and RSG providing financial planning and analysis support as we execute strategic growth initiatives. What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (CFA or MBA a plus)
Experience in financial planning and analysis role (SaaS or technology company experience a plus)
Strong finance skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and business acumen
Passion for using data to drive better decision-making and connecting operational metrics with financial results
Strong presentation and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizations and functions
Strong Excel skills and bonus points for experience with:
Management Reporting System (Planful)
Data Visualization (Microsoft Power BI)
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage simultaneous assignments under tight deadlines

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Support building and maintaining business unit forecasts
Input and support on costing models that inform hiring, forecast, and pricing models
Quantify and visualize risks and opportunities
Research key inputs such as rollout times, time to scale, and seasonality in the underlying customer business
Integrate newly acquired businesses into financial planning processes
Support creation of value-add insights in the monthly financial package
Develop and maintain key business metrics/KPIs
Maintain cross-business and external benchmarking
Assist in development of departmental reporting
Deliver insights and analysis to key decision-makers
Perform root cause and value-add analysis to support executive decision-making
Collaborate closely with the BU FP&A lead on high-impact projects
