PairSoft's journey began with the strategic union of three industry leaders: PaperSave, Paramount WorkPlace, and Webiplex DocuPeak. In 2021, PaperSave and Paramount WorkPlace merged, and together they embarked on a mission to create the most robust procure-to-pay platform available for mid-market and enterprise organizations. This merger was followed by the integration of Webiplex DocuPeak, further strengthening their offerings. This powerful combination brought together decades of specialized experience in AP automation, procurement, and document management, creating a unified force dedicated to streamlining financial processes. The vision was clear from the start: to develop a comprehensive suite of automation technology that would empower finance and accounting teams to move beyond manual, transactional tasks and focus on more strategic, high-value work. The company was founded on the principle of deep integration with existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. This focus on native integration with major platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Blackbaud, Oracle NetSuite, and Sage Intacct has been a cornerstone of their strategy, allowing them to deliver powerful, out-of-the-box solutions.

Today, PairSoft stands as a global team of innovators and advocates, relentlessly transforming how financial data is captured, stored, and manipulated. Their platform offers a 360-degree view of the spend management cycle, from procurement and invoice processing to payments and document management. The company has continually evolved, embracing technologies like Artificial Intelligence to enhance its solutions and provide even greater efficiency and insight to its customers. With a remote-first culture, PairSoft has attracted a diverse and talented team from around the world, fostering an environment of support, transparency, and advocacy. This global perspective enables them to effectively serve a wide range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, government, financial services, higher education, and non-profits. By shouldering the heavy lifting of financial automation, PairSoft empowers organizations to boost their efficiency, ensure compliance, and ultimately, achieve their core missions with greater impact. Their commitment to customer success is evident in their continuous innovation and the strong partnerships they have built with both their clients and technology partners.
