We are looking for two talented and creative Content Strategists to join our team on a freelance basis. If you are passionate about creating engaging content, with a background in design, and enjoy working remotely, we want to hear from you!
Tasks
- Develop and oversee creative concepts for video campaigns, from ideation to final cut.
- Storyboard and direct short-form videos that resonate with social audiences.
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and internal teams to ensure content feels authentic and on-brand.
- Lead visual storytelling across channels with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Continuously test and iterate video formats based on performance and platform trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in video content creation, ideally in a creative agency or social-first brand (share your portfolio).
- Proven experience storyboarding and directing short-form videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of creator-style content — raw, engaging, and optimized for social (not overly polished).
- Comfortable leading creative direction from concept to post-production.
- Bonus: graphic design background
