Owens & Minor is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team. The Compensation Analyst will consult with HR and other clients to identify compensation-related issues, research and recommend solutions, and audit/monitor business impact. The ideal candidate will reside on the east coast and have a strong understanding of market pricing techniques and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2 or more years of related experience (Compensation, Total Rewards, HR, etc.)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Equity Professional (CEP), SPHR, and/or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
