OutSystems is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to develop our accountExecutives and exceed revenue and operational goals. The candidate will be an emotionallyintelligent, proven coach who thrives when helping others, leverages data to drive decisions andis no stranger to a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, lead, and coach a successful team of full-cycle sales professionals● Develop, motivate, and retain top performers
- Attain overachievement of team sales goals
- Engage your team with daily huddles, interactive meetings, and fun challenges● Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM to exceed your goals● Maintain accurate and on-time forecast reporting
- Effectively lead your sales team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual salesgoals
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience leading a quota-carrying, closing sales team
- Leadership presence that team members will walk through walls for
- Proven ability to coach, attract, and retain amazing sales talent
- A competitive spirit who likes to win: Track record of consistently exceedingestablished goals
- Experience closing large deals with complex sales cycles
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- A love for the startup environment
- A Bachelor's Degree
