Experience: 2.5-5 years of combined experience in admin, tech-enabled content support, CRM data entry, light video editing, and task tracking. Industry experience preferred (landscaping, home services, or similar client-based business).Tech AI Fluency: Comfortable with AI transcription tools, digital prompts, and learning new systems. Able to follow a workflow involving wearable capture devices, meeting logs, and cloud storage.Video Editing: Functional knowledge of editing platforms like iMovie, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar. Must be able to piece together clear narratives from fragmented footage.CRM System Experience: Familiarity with platforms like Jobber, HubSpot, or equivalent is required for lead management, task logging, and follow-up coordination.Highly Organized Detail-Oriented: Strong task management skills with the ability to keep records updated, files labeled correctly, and steps documented consistently.Strong Communication Initiative: Comfortable supporting a high-output owner with fast-moving content creation. Proactive in offering support, learning systems, and bringing clarity to scattered inputs.

Core responsibilities:

Video Compilation Light Editing: Organize and assemble raw footage captured from wearable devices (e.g. sunglasses), phones, and VA call recordings into polished long-form videos for YouTube. Basic editing skills required (splicing clips, adjusting sound, cutting filler, and maintaining clean transitions).AI Integration Meeting Summarization: Upload phone call and meeting recordings to AI tools, apply prompts to extract notes and insights, and maintain clear documentation of conversations, follow-ups, and lead statuses.Admin Sales Workflow Support: Assist with administrative follow-through on calls, proposals, and video-linked outreach. Enter contact details and notes in the CRM, track next steps, and ensure internal operations flow smoothly.CRM Support Internal Coordination: Use Jobber CRM to input leads, maintain client records, and update the status of ongoing conversations, project quotes, and tasks.Owner Support Daily Organization: Act as an assistant to the owner by offloading routine administrative work, managing digital content, and supporting marketing-oriented initiatives linked to video content.
