Oteemo, Inc. emerged in 2014 from a foundational belief: impactful enterprise transformations are meticulously built, not simply bought. Raja Gudepu, after years of spearheading enterprise technology consulting organizations, established Oteemo with a vision to redefine how businesses approach modernization. The 'Oteemo Way' was conceived as a holistic approach, intertwining people, processes, and technologies to define, equip, and enable efficient and effective transformation across all digital domains. This philosophy has been the bedrock of the company's journey, guiding its mission to help enterprises unlock the power of modern technology and accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

From its headquarters in Reston, Virginia, Oteemo has steadily grown, carving a niche as a results-driven consulting firm dedicated to empowering clients to accelerate innovation through modern software delivery, always prioritizing tangible outcomes. The company specializes in enterprise DevSecOps and Cloud Native Transformation, helping organizations navigate the complexities of adopting modern technologies like Kubernetes and containers. Oteemo's expertise extends to cloud native application development, cloud solutions, container solutions, and MLOPS transformation, serving both commercial and government enterprises. This commitment to technical excellence and client success has led to significant milestones, including being awarded a 5-year, $95M Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for DevSecOps services in support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's LevelUP Program in 2020. More recently, in April 2025, Oteemo announced the expansion of its global footprint with the opening of a new office in Hyderabad, India, a strategic move to bolster its hybrid delivery model and tap into a rich talent pool. This expansion reflects Oteemo's dedication to providing high-quality, scalable technology solutions to clients worldwide, adapting to evolving economic pressures and technological advancements. As Oteemo continues its growth trajectory, it remains focused on its core values, acting as strategists, practitioners, and coaches to enable enterprises to adopt modern technology and accelerate innovation, ensuring clients not only succeed but win in their respective domains.
