Concentrix is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in UI automation to design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test solutions. The ideal candidate will take ownership of automated UI test frameworks and drive long-term maintainability, stability, and coverage improvements.

Requirements

7-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong hands-on automation expertise
Proven UI automation experience across desktop, web, and embedded systems
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript
Experience in UI testing and GUI automation, Object mapping and verification strategies, Checkpoints and validation mechanisms, Regression and smoke testing
Version control experience using Git, Experience with test management tools such as Jira and Xray
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
