Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering roles in SaaS or fintech
  • Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers and executives
  • Technical proficiency in API integrations, SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Highly organized and metrics-driven
