Oscilar is hiring a Partnerships Lead to own and scale our external partner ecosystem and drive partner-sourced revenue growth.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or ecosystem GTM roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of growing partner-sourced revenue across reseller, channel, or advisory partner models
- Strong understanding of partner economics, co-sell dynamics, and channel conflict management
- Ability to build and manage senior relationships across a diverse set of partner types
- Strong independent judgment — able to manage ambiguity, hold firm scope boundaries, and escalate with clear recommendations
- Clear, confident communicator both internally and externally at the executive level
