Technical Leader
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to guide a skilled development team within our engineering department. In this fully remote role, you'll drive the design and evolution of customer-facing web applications and microservices for our OrbusINFINITY SaaS platform, using technologies such as Azure, .Net 8, React, Typescript, CosmosDB, SQL, containers, and Kubernetes.
You’ll collaborate with engineers, QAs, a Product Manager, and Scrum Master, influencing architectural decisions, mentoring peers, and ensuring high standards in agile development. Your work will span feature development, product discovery, and innovation in scalable, resilient systems.
We follow best practices like DDD, automated CI/CD, shift-left testing, and S.O.L.I.D principles, supported by DevOps and cutting-edge Microsoft tools. Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a squad of full stack developers and Automation QAs, steering the team towards high performance within an agile Scrum framework.
- Uphold and continuously refine engineering best practices, ensuring the squad delivers robust, scalable solutions in line with company standards.
- Mentor and support team members in adopting best practices, modern architectural patterns, and a S.O.L.I.D approach to maintainable code.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Scrum Master to shape requirements, refine user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Design and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges, leveraging technologies such as C#, .Net 8, React, and Azure microservices.
Essential:
- Minimum 6 years C# .NET/Net Core
- At least 3 years React and Typescript
- 2+ years agile team leadership
- Strong communicator and achiever across teams
- Solution architecture for complex problems
- Proficient in OOP and S.O.L.I.D principles
- Mentoring multi-disciplinary engineers
- Integration and unit testing for production releases
- Familiarity with Azure native services
- Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL) and NoSQL
- Knowledge of Micro-frontends and Microservices
Desirable:
- Experience working on an existing production SaaS platform
- Confidence with Git and branching strategies, versioning, dependency management
- Dedicated professional committed to continuous improvement and best practices
- Working in an automated continuous delivery environment
- Experience with AI tools and their application in software development
- Containers, Kubernetes exposure
