About the Role
We are hiring an ABA Scheduling Coordinator to support autism and behavioral health providers by managing daily schedules, handling cancellations, and coordinating make-up sessions for ABA therapy services.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in ABA scheduling, autism services coordination, or behavioral health operations who is highly organized and confident communicating with families and technicians. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring schedules remain accurate, balanced, and responsive to real-time changes.
Fluent, neutral U.S. English is required, as this role involves frequent phone communication with families. Spanish fluency is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage same-day cancellations, call-outs, and schedule changes
- Coordinate make-up sessions and technician backfills using provider-defined rules
- Track recovered hours and document changes accurately
- Build and maintain weekly or monthly ABA schedules in Aloha
- Proactively confirm availability with families and technicians
- Communicate schedule updates clearly and empathetically
- Maintain real-time updates in Aloha and internal systems
- Provide daily scheduling updates to the clients care leadership team
What You Bring
- Experience in ABA scheduling, autism services, or behavioral health coordination
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Fluent, neutral U.S. English with excellent phone presence
- Comfortable using Aloha or similar scheduling tools
- Friendly, high-energy communication style
- Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus
