At OpenTable, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing the dining experience through groundbreaking technology. Since our inception in 1998, our core mission has been to connect diners with restaurants more efficiently and to empower restaurants with innovative tools to thrive in an ever-evolving industry. We pioneered the world's first real-time online restaurant reservation system, transforming how people discover and book tables. This initial breakthrough addressed a significant pain point for both diners and establishments, replacing cumbersome phone calls and manual booking processes with a seamless digital solution. Our platform was engineered to provide restaurants with a sophisticated electronic reservation book (ERB), enabling them to manage capacity, streamline operations, and ultimately enhance hospitality. For diners, we've created an intuitive and comprehensive resource to explore a vast network of restaurants, read verified reviews, and secure reservations effortlessly, anytime and anywhere.

Our commitment to innovation extends beyond simple reservations. We continuously leverage data and technology to anticipate and meet the dynamic needs of the restaurant industry and its patrons. This includes developing advanced analytics for restaurateurs, offering insights into dining trends, guest preferences, and operational efficiency. We've expanded our offerings to include features like table management, guest recognition, and integrated marketing tools, helping restaurants build stronger customer relationships and grow their businesses. Furthermore, OpenTable has embraced the mobile revolution, with robust applications that provide on-the-go access to our services. As part of Booking Holdings, we are scaling our impact globally, connecting millions of diners with tens of thousands of restaurants worldwide, and consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible in restaurant technology to foster memorable dining experiences.
