Field & Channel Marketing Manager (USA Remote)
The Role:
We are currently seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager to join the US team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with your regional leader, as well as the extended Marketing and GTMteams, to establish the regional marketing plan focused on capturing new business leads in the core segments. You will co-develop integrated marketing campaigns with the global marketing team, complemented by local programs that align with business priorities in the region using multiple platforms and channels.
Your Mission:
- Co-develop and execute a fully integrated US marketing plan in line with our marketing strategy
- You drive new business and upsell pipeline within your region
- Orchestrate the various projects and channels, within budget and timeline, from conception to completion with the support of the global marketing team
- Support the overall demand generation plan through all event, channel and customer-centered activities, including events, webinars, roundtables and customer advisory boards
- Analyse campaign and tactical results, report on ROI, test and optimise based on your insights as well as internal and external benchmarks Source new local vendors and act as the single-point of contact for all suppliers
- Work closely with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to ensure messaging and positioning of Open Systems in the field is aligned with our Go-To-Market strategy
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related field marketing experience with a minimum one to two years’ experience in cybersecurity
- Data-driven, sales aligned Marketing approach
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to present professionally and intelligently to leadership and internal colleagues
- Experience with standard CRM and marketing automation tools
- Able to travel 25-30% of the time
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, working environment
- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; ability to build relationships and work well across multiple functions and cultures, within a global and mostly remote team
Bonus:
Experience from marketing cyber security solutions, you possess strong knowledge of security and a general understanding of networking: WAN, LAN, IT management/operations, and cloud computing. A strong understanding of the cyber security market and networking marketing experience is a plus.
