We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer at OneStream Software, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that empower our clients to optimize their financial processes and drive business success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Integrate data storage solutions.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and quality assurance to gather and analyze software requirements.
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
- Execute and retrieve data, update data. (SQL Theories).
- Perform development tasks using cloud resources.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Formal Education and Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Development, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalate technical discipline experience.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- 3+ years industry engineering experience.
- Proficient in Object oriented languages such as: C#, VB.NET, .NET, Core, ASP.NET, Blazor.
- Understanding of industry standard tools such as Visual Studio or Studio Code in a team environment with experience using GIT or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working on bug fixes, feature enhancements, support issues.
- Experience with UI Design, CSS, XML.
- Experience with REST API or Web Services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as Azure.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience with AGILE, Scrum, or other methodologies to facilitate issue/feature completion.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Azure certification such as Azure certifications: AZ-900 – Fundamentals a plus.
- Experience with financial application development (i.e. HFM, Planning, etc.).
