Compensation: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The GSI Alliances Director (NA), you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing our Global System Integrator Alliance relationships. The predominance of this role will be the care and feeding of the Global System Integrator in NA to ensure the successful achievement of targeted revenue goals in the region. You will be expected to engage senior leaders at these companies to facilitate the development of solution assets, sales opportunities, the management of existing opportunities, oversight on implementation best practices, communicate product and company messaging, and plan joint marketing and sales activities which align and support the stated goals. You will be given the critical task of taking OneStream’s relationship with these firms to the next level.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

• For each relationship, develop, monitor, manage, and achieve co-sell revenue, solution asset development and enablement goals and oversight on best practice implementation standards
• Identify and establish new relationships across the GSI firm to build OneStream champions to influence strategic growth in the Alliance
• Develop strategic business growth plans and present to internal OneStream executives and the GSI Alliance teams
• Work closely with cross functional teams and engage the firms frequently to ensure OneStream product information and messaging are properly conveyed to the Global System Integrator
• Build practice capacity to provide the foundation for ongoing scalable, sustained growth year-on-year
• Coordinate with the OneStream GSI lead & regional sales teams, field marketing, product marketing, product development and strategy teams to align with all firms
• Ensure the firms are complying with OneStream Alliance policies
• Be the main point of contact for all Alliance communication, including conflict resolution
• Ensure the company objectives related to Global System Integrators are achieved and periodically reported to the executive management team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of experience in Partner, Channel or Alliance management
• Proven success building effective, sustainable working relationships internally and with alliances
• strong ability to build and communicate business rationale
• High quality organizational skills
• Proven effectiveness collaborating in small teams and desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong executive presence to keep pace with senior Partners, Principals and Managing Directors at Global System Integrator firms
• Knowledge of Global System Integrator firms Go-To-Market strategies and engagement models with technology vendors
• Understand how to operate in an externally matrixed organization
