We are seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to implement our software at new customers, provide customer support, and drive adoption processes. The ideal candidate has experience leading operational planning within a military context, managing change, and navigating large government organizations.
Requirements
- Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI
- Proven experience leading operational planning within a military context, preferably at multi-star headquarters.
- Demonstrated experience managing change, turning skeptics into advocates, and driving adoption processes.
- Experience with software implementation, digital transformation, and classified networks.
- Familiarity and experience with major military planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks.
- Proven ability to expand business presence within a region, with emphasis on software or technology solutions.
- Experience in customer support, both face-to-face and remote, and capability to respond to incidents coordinating with customers and product engineering teams.
- Proven ability to navigate large government organizations, solve bureaucratic challenges, and deliver successful outcomes.
