Onebrief is seeking an Engineering Manager, Developer Experience to lead the newly formed DevEx Team and define the roadmap for the developer journey. The team will focus on eliminating friction, consolidating AI strategy, and establishing the Golden Path for engineering org scalability.

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering
Strong understanding of TypeScript/Node.js ecosystem and monorepo architectures
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions), and AI assisted engineering landscape
