At One Senior Care, we are revolutionizing the landscape of senior living through a steadfast commitment to innovation and compassionate, community-based healthcare. As a premier provider of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), we are dedicated to transforming how seniors in rural, underserved, and Appalachian communities experience aging. By leveraging groundbreaking technology and administrative expertise, we empower local PACE programs to deliver comprehensive, person-centered care that allows participants to age safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes, rather than in institutional settings.

Our approach is rooted in the belief that geography should not dictate the quality of care one receives. We address the unique challenges faced by rural populations—such as limited access to medical facilities and healthcare professionals—by integrating advanced operational solutions and data-driven strategies. Through our family of businesses, including LIFE-NWPA, Mountain View PACE, and Buckeye PACE, we provide a holistic ecosystem of support that spans primary care, therapy, transportation, and social engagement. By removing administrative burdens and fostering true partnerships with local leaders, we enable caregivers to focus on what matters most: improving clinical outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for our nation's seniors.
