Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts across various business functions. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong talent pipeline to support our business objectives. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, employer branding, and stakeholder management. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, bringing both strategic vision and hands-on execution to talent acquisition.
Job Requirements
Talent Strategy & Recruitment Execution
Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop and refine job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support Ollion’s growth in India and SEA.
Experience with vendor management
Sourcing & Employer Branding
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in India, Singapore, and Indonesia.
Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
Enhance Ollion’s employer brand in India through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives.
Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Engagement
Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Educate hiring managers on best practices for interviews and bias-free hiring.
Act as a trusted talent advisor to internal stakeholders, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters ensuring training and career development
Work collaboratively with local HR to ensure smooth onboarding and candidate transition.
Talent Insights & Process Improvement
Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Expertise you bring
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition with 2+ years managing a team of recruiters, in tech, or tech consulting.
Passion for people, culture, and creating a positive hiring experience.
Proven track record in hiring all level roles across multiple functions.
Strong experience in sourcing passive candidates using creative recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Knowledge of HR tech tools & ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, GEM, etc.).
Experience using or working with AI to improve and/or automate Talent Acquisition work flows and enhance best practices.
Strong understanding of diversity hiring & inclusive hiring practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience recruiting in SEA.
