About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Spanish speaking & Overseeing Global market) with an interest in the crypto industry to join our team. This position involves developing and implementing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue and market share growth, collaborating with cross teams, and providing valuable market insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for LATAM affiliate management team as a leadManage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers, maintain close relationship, and build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisitionPlanning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers or media channelsExpand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand in LATAMDevise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and acquire usersAssist in translations and proofread content

What We Look For In You

  • Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
