- Oversee the delivery of multiple client projects across web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers and delivery staff.
- Coordinate with design, development, and QA leads to ensure resources are aligned.
- Track timelines, milestones, blockers, and proactively escalate risks when needed.
- Serve as a key client contact for delivery-related updates, check-ins, and issue resolution.
- Work with leadership to continuously improve delivery processes and team capabilities.
- Contribute to client reporting and forecasting for delivery pipelines.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure delivery expectations are aligned from day one.
- Bring a “can-do” attitude to everyday problem solving.
- Client communication: Handle daily project updates and delivery discussions (working alongside Project Managers).
- Project success: Make sure clients are happy - expectations set in the beginning are met, risks are managed and mitigation plans are enacted, projects finish on time (shared responsibility with PMs); own delivery health checks and processes across project portfolio.
- Resource planning: Prioritize and coordinate resources across Project Managers to mitigate impact of reallocation or resource changes.
- PM development: Mentor Project Managers and handle performance reviews.
- Process improvement: Find better ways to deliver projects and support the team.
- Problem solving: Be the go-to person when delivery challenges arise.
- Delivery partnerships: Build strong working relationships with clients (alongside leadership for bigger picture).
- New client setup: Help new clients understand how we work and what to expect, establish success metrics based on what they need from the get-go.
- Issue resolution:Solve delivery problems quickly; escalate bigger issues to leadership when needed.
- Project documentation: Create and approve Scope of Work (SOWs) with help from PMs.
- Performance tracking: Keep track of delivery performance metrics.
- All PMs demonstrating improved client responsiveness and delivery consistency.
- Clear delivery metrics and reporting established.
- Leadership team freed from day-to-day delivery operations.
- Client satisfaction scores consistently above 4 out of 5 for delivery.
- Project delivery on-time rate above 90%.
- Delivery processes that scale with business growth.
- 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or digital operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional digital teams (developers, PMs, QA, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Agile / hybrid delivery practices.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Able to switch between high-level planning and hands-on issue resolution.
- Calm under pressure and proactive in finding solutions.
