This pivotal win provided them with a $15,000 cash prize and a crucial package of in-kind services, including web design and legal counsel, which laid the groundwork for their business infrastructure.

Following their initial success, the founders demonstrated a commitment to sustainable growth by completing the Business Factory Incubator Program in April 2019. This collaborative initiative, supported by the Concho Valley Entrepreneur Development Program and the City of San Angelo Development Corporation, helped them refine their operational model. Their efforts were quickly recognized by local officials, including Senator Charles Perry and Mayor Brenda Gunter, for their positive economic impact and job creation within the community.

In May 2019, the company marked a new chapter by relocating its headquarters to Galveston, Texas. This strategic move allowed OdomRD to expand its reach while maintaining the same entrepreneurial energy that fueled its inception.
