As theSenior Partnerships Associate at ODILO,you will play a pivotal role in hunting and nurturing relationships with significant indirect sales partners, & private or public organisations that can help Odilo grow in a scalable and efficient way in the corporate, education and public sector verticals. The Partner Associate will develop a deep understanding of how Odilo works and will add value to Odilo by managing and scaling new partnerships with highly reputation in Latin America and Brazil, where Odilo has a growing presence. To succeed in this role you will need to have strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, a strong understanding of managing complex deals with large private and public entities; multi-stakeholder management, communications, and adapt easily to new scenarios.

What you will do at ODILO:

    Manage a portfolio of strategic partners in LATAM as the main point of contact to support strategic sales conversations.

    Successfully achieve assigned revenue objectives, negotiate partnership frameworks, including margin, territory, leads, and joint GTM agreements.

    Define and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue and pipeline growth.

    Lead business reviews and performance tracking, using KPIs to develop actionable growth plans and ensure partner accountability.

    Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to enable partner success.

    Support deals throughout the sales cycle and represent ODILO in executive-level partner meetings.

    Cultivate strong executive relationships with partners to accelerate growth and adoption of ODILO’s platform.

    Identify and qualify new referral, reseller, and bidding/teaming partners, and formalize agreements when required, aligned with the partnership’s strategy.

    Represent ODILO at key industry tradeshows and partner events, driving brand awareness, networking with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

    Minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree required; MBA or equivalent work experience preferred

  • At least5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas

  • Extensive Partner Management (4-5 years)experience within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably working in the education or public sector verticals.

  • Spanish,Portuguese and English are a must.

    Profound understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting, and sales negotiation techniques.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building robust client relationships

    Ability to respond promptly to customer and partner requests.

    Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities.

    Proficiency in working with CRM software and Account management systems

    Existing network of contacts with key SIVs/resellers in LATAM would be a plus.

    This role will be based in São Paulo, Brazil or Colombia. Ability to travel as required (around 15% monthly working hours).
