Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in senior program or project management roles
- Proven experience delivering enterprise level customer programs
- Strong foundation in project methodologies, program governance, delivery planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Experience operating within established PMO frameworks
- Full knowledge of Agile delivery environments and program management tools
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, align diverse teams, and drive accountability
- Experience supporting organizational and process change within customer and operational teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
