As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting the Australian (ANZ) region in a fully remote capacity, you'll play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to O'Reilly's innovative learning solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales development or related experience (B2B)
- Experience prospecting within mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Confidence in outbound Multi-Channel Prospecting: phone, email, and social
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
