Jr Salesforce LWC Developer

This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate will have aSalesforce Administrator Certificationand working knowledge ofLightning Web Components (LWC). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their technical skills and contribute to impactful Salesforce solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.

• Develop, customize, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code under the guidance of senior developers.

• Assist in building user-friendly, responsive Salesforce UI components.

• Support day-to-day administration tasks including user management, security settings, page layouts, and reports.

• Work on Salesforce configuration including Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects.

• Participate in agile development sprints, code reviews, and standups.

• Debug and resolve platform-related issues with supervision.

• Document technical specifications, components, and release notes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)required.

• 2+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.

• Hands-on experience withLightning Web Components (LWC)and basic Apex.

• Familiarity with Salesforce standard objects and custom object configurations.

• Understanding of basic Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data access models.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, VS Code, Git).

• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I) are a plus.
