Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development: Lead the development and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms, focusing on HRSD, portals, app engine, and API integrations.
Implementation Projects: Drive implementation and customization of HR modules, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Training: Support team development by identifying areas for improvement and providing tailored guidance.
Requirements
Technical Skills
8+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ as a ServiceNow developer or Tech lead
Good knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns on ServiceNow platform
Good knowledge of ServiceNow applications design
Proficiency in HTML5, Javascript, CSS3 and SASS.
Good knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi module, Web Components.
Experience on ServiceNow HR domain
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Experience with ServiceNow ATF
