Staff Product Manager - LATAM

Nium is a global leader in real-time, cross-border payments, and we're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own our product strategy and execution across LATAM. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy leadership position that requires a strong understanding of payments infrastructure, regulatory complexity, and market activation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, with meaningful time spent on payments infrastructure, cross-border payments, or financial services in Brazil and/or broader LATAM.
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian payments ecosystem, including PIX, FX services, and the evolving regulatory environment.
• Proven track record navigating licensing and regulatory processes in LATAM, with the ability to convert complex compliance requirements into product delivery plans.
• Experience working with or evaluating local financial infrastructure providers, with an understanding of the strategic trade-offs involved.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish a strong advantage.
• Experience with payments, wallets, stablecoins in Brazil and/or across the region is strongly preferred.
• Background in a high-growth fintech or payments company that has scaled operations in LATAM is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to B2B or enterprise payments, particularly cross-border use cases is strongly preferred.
