About the Company
Our client is a Series B B2B payments company headquartered in London, providing cross-border payment infrastructure and treasury management tools to mid-market businesses operating across multiple currencies. With £50m raised and strong growth in both the UK and European markets, they are scaling their product team to expand platform capabilities and support new product lines in trade finance and embedded banking. The product leadership team has backgrounds from Transferwise, Railsr, and Accenture.
The Role
As Senior Product Manager, you will own a core area of the payments platform, leading the roadmap, driving delivery, and ensuring the product meets the needs of a sophisticated B2B customer base. You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to ship features that improve payment speed, transparency, and reliability while navigating the complexities of regulated financial services.
What You'll Do
Own the roadmap and delivery for your product area, setting clear priorities and managing trade-offs between new features, tech debt, and compliance obligations.
Lead discovery with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and opportunities.
Work with engineering and design to translate requirements into well-scoped, deliverable sprints.
Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure product decisions meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Define success metrics for product initiatives and track performance post-launch to drive iteration.
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of product management experience, with direct ownership of product delivery in a B2B financial services or payments environment.
Deep understanding of payments infrastructure, FX, or treasury products is strongly preferred.
Comfortable navigating regulatory constraints and working with Compliance teams as a product partner.
Data-driven decision maker, able to design and interpret experiments, and define meaningful product KPIs.
Strong communicator, equally effective with technical engineers and senior business stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of £90,000 – £120,000, depending on experience.
Annual performance bonus.
EMI equity options in a high-growth payments business.
