About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing alternative telecoms provider headquartered in London, offering broadband and connectivity services to residential and SME customers across the UK. With 800,000 customers and aggressive plans to reach 3 million by 2028, they are investing in a dedicated Pricing function to sharpen their commercial edge and maximise revenue across a growing product portfolio. The business is PE-backed and commercially ambitious.
The Role
As Pricing Manager, you will own the development and management of the company's pricing strategy across consumer and B2B product lines. Working closely with the CMO, CFO, and Product team, you will build the analytical frameworks, competitive intelligence, and commercial models that underpin pricing decisions and lead the implementation of pricing changes across channels.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain the pricing strategy for consumer and SME product lines, including new product launches, promotional pricing, and retention offers.
Build pricing models that connect customer lifetime value, acquisition economics, and revenue mix to pricing decisions.
Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and price sensitivity analysis to ensure the company's pricing remains commercially optimised.
Lead pricing approval processes, working with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to evaluate and implement changes.
Track the revenue and margin impact of pricing decisions and report findings to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
4–7 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or commercial analytics, ideally within telecoms, utilities, or a subscription business.
Strong quantitative skills, comfortable with pricing models, statistical analysis, and financial modelling.
Commercially minded and detail-oriented, able to connect pricing decisions to P&L outcomes.
Collaborative stakeholder manager, able to build alignment across Finance, Marketing, and Product.
Experience with pricing tools or revenue management software is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of £75,000 – £95,000, depending on experience.
Annual performance bonus tied to commercial targets.
Company pension, private health cover, and 26 days holiday.
Remote working from the UK, ideally London, for occasional office days.
