On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Lead Product Manager to join their team.
About the Company
Our client is a Series C insurtech business headquartered in London, digitising commercial insurance distribution for brokers and SME clients across the UK and Europe. With £80m raised and 230 employees, they are scaling their product organisation rapidly to meet growing demand and expand their platform capabilities. The product leadership team includes veterans from Bought By Many, Lemonade, and Boston Consulting Group.
The Role
As Lead Product Manager, you will own a major product area, setting the vision, leading the roadmap, and managing a small team of product managers and designers. You will work closely with engineering, commercial, and data teams to deliver features that improve broker experience, expand coverage options, and drive platform adoption at scale.
What You'll Do
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for your area, balancing strategic priorities with near-term delivery commitments.
Lead a team of 2–3 product managers, setting direction, reviewing output, and developing their capabilities.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data to take features from discovery through to delivery and adoption.
Work with Commercial and Customer Success teams to ensure the product meets broker and end-customer needs.
Track key product metrics, run experiments, and use data to drive continuous improvement across your area.
What We're Looking For
6–9 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role.
Proven track record of shipping high-quality products in a scaling technology business.
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, metrics, and hypothesis-driven product development.
Excellent collaborator and communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders without losing focus.
Experience in fintech, insurtech, or regulated markets is a strong advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of £100,000 – £130,000, depending on experience.
Annual performance bonus.
